An examination of the paralysis we feel in the age of information. This project began when I discovered that 3 well placed folds on a dollar bill can create the illusion of expression on each figure's face.
After filming the phenomenon with several types of bills, I decided to make something out of it, and have each character react to something projected onto itself. From there, the project quickly became a reflection on current events and the helplessness I personally feel seeing conflict, extreme poverty, hunger, climate change, and knowing that in certain ways my existence contributes in some way to those conditions.
